After seeing a team use a hand drawn match report sheet, Rob Joubert began researching whether or not a freely available match report sheet could be downloaded from the Internet. When he couldn't find one he teamed up with our publisher, Cris Maloney, and together they created a form that's free to use. It is posted here.
