Helpful Videos Penalty Corners that should be Penalty Strokes
This video is intended to help umpires understand that intentional actions by the defense inside the attacking quarter of the field that result in a foul, are therefore "intentional fouls" and must be penalized with a penalty corner (it is NOT upgraded to a penalty corner). The penalty for an intentional foul inside the attacking quarter but outside the circle IS a penalty corner.
